Typical flow: design + measurements, shop fabrication, finish, then install. Timing depends on size, approvals, and finish schedule.

Is it fully waterproof?

A glass roof can be designed to shed water, but “100% waterproof” depends on slope, joint design, and detailing at interfaces. We build to minimize water intrusion with proper detailing.

Do you handle permits/engineering?

We can coordinate engineering requirements when needed. Permit needs vary by town and attachment method.
